Our goal is to make every event energetic, memorable, and professionally managed. The following Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure smooth coordination between the client and the Mashupminati performance team for a successful event experience.
Booking Confirmation
- All bookings will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Event dates will remain tentative until the advance payment is received.
- Booking availability depends on event date, venue location, and performance requirements.
- Mashupminati reserves the right to accept or decline bookings based on availability and operational conditions.
Advance Payment Policy
- A minimum advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.
- Advance payment is strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation from the client’s side.
- Remaining payment must be cleared before or during the event performance.
- Delay in payment may affect event arrangements and performance scheduling.
Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels the booking after confirmation, the advance amount will not be refunded.
- Event dates may be rescheduled depending on artist availability and mutual agreement.
- Mashupminati reserves the right to cancel or modify performances in situations beyond its control, such as weather conditions, emergencies, technical issues, travel problems, or government restrictions.
Performance Team
Mashupminati performance team generally includes:
- 2 Female Performers
- 1 Male Performer
- 1 DJ Jockey
- 1 Dhol Player
- 1 Drummer
Team setup may vary depending on the event type and performance requirements.
Performance Duration
- Standard live performance duration is approximately 2 hours.
- Maximum performance duration may extend up to 2 hours and 30 minutes, depending on audience engagement and event flow.
- Additional performance time beyond the agreed duration may be chargeable.
- Delays caused by venue management or technical arrangements may affect performance timing.
Technical Rider
To deliver the best live entertainment experience, the following technical setup must be arranged from the client’s side.

All technical arrangements and sound checks should be completed before performance timing.
Hospitality & Room Requirement
- 2 Fresh-Up / Changing Rooms are mandatory at the venue or near the venue for performers and crew members.
- Proper hospitality arrangements should be provided for the team.
- For outstation events, travel, food, and accommodation arrangements may be required depending on event location and team size.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Proper event permissions
- Sound permissions if required by local authorities
- Safe stage and performance space
- Stable electricity and power backup
- Crowd management and event security
- Timely coordination regarding event schedules
Any delay caused by the client’s side may affect performance quality and event timing.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, videos, music edits, photographs, and media related to Mashupminati DJ-Based Band are the intellectual property of Mashupminati.
Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
Website Usage
Users are requested not to misuse the website, submit false inquiries, attempt unauthorized access, or copy website content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mashupminati will not be responsible for:
- Venue management issues
- Third-party technical failures
